Quality of item was great. It was a gift so time sensitive. Contacted seller after a couple of weeks inquiring. They hadn't even started it but got it done and to me about 4 days later. Better late than never I guess 🤷

I was as pleased with the piece itself as I was displeased with the shipping. Absolutely horrible shipping time. Was a Xmas gift. Ordered in Nov. arrived Jan 18. The pipe is beautiful. Arrived in one piece.

this is just so bulky. it seems that all of the pieces from this artist are like that. so perhaps it's just a matter of taste. I hate to give it a low rating for that. but I don't feel comfortable giving it more stars when I really feel this unimpressed with every single piece I've ordered from this store. i have spent hundreds of dollars with this artist. every single piece has been a disappointment.
