All around amazing experience with this product and the seller. I asked a pre-sales question and was answered same day in a very polite and professional manner. The item was received in the projected time frame. The item is incredibly well made and has the uniqueness that comes with hand made items. The glass is high quality and it does not feel like it will break. The details of the owl are done extremely well. The bowl is a good size and the carb hole is well placed for how you hold the item. This was a gift, and the recipient has used it daily since getting it, and it absolutely was worth it to buy it! Highly recommended this maker and this product!

The end product is absolutely breathtaking and amazing. I would highly recommend. This is my 2nd pipe we have ordered and the picture do not begin to do these pipes justice. My only criticism is the shipping time is long. I waited about 6 weeks but thats easy to forget as soon as you hold the pipe. I'm sure i will order again. Also, when I asked for an update Erin was fast to answer. Amazing shop and amazing work.
