Excellent customer service. My item is beautiful!

Sturdy and well made. Looks very much like the pic. 4 stars instead of 5 because the eyes on the one I received stick out more, which I felt drew away from the overall look of the one in the advertisement picture. Still a very awesome pipe tho.

It is a beautiful piece, and even though it wound up being larger than I expected, it still feels great when held in my palm. Giving this as a Christmas gift, and I am now even more excited about choosing this. Will definitely be buying more from here.
